For anything related to your returned parcel, please contact London Mitchell customer service. We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, on garments, swimwear (with hygienic seal) and beauty products, with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged only.​
